Changing or Canceling an Order
Change Orders
- Before finishing: No penalty if species unchanged and finishing not scheduled
- After finishing begins: 10% change fee plus cost adjustments
- Custom orders: Written approval required, 10% fee may apply
- All fees must be paid before fulfillment
Steller is not required to notify you when finishing begins.
Cancellations
- Subject to fees per Terms & Conditions
- Orders not picked up within 1 week of notification are cancelled
Postponements
- Reasonable efforts to postpone before finishing
- Payment timing unaffected
- May cause queue delays when rescheduled
- Completed flooring cannot be stored and must ship
