Returns & Refund Policy

Steller Floors wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Unless you notify Steller within 30 days from delivery of a warranty claim or order error, the product is deemed accepted and the sale is final.

Return Eligibility

  • 30-day return window on orders under $100
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Flooring orders are final sale — returns, cancellations, and refunds must comply with our Terms & Conditions

Restocking & Cancellation Fees

  • Standard products: Up to 20% cancellation/restocking fee
  • Custom orders: Up to 75% cancellation fee
  • Final fee at Steller's discretion, factoring in material costs, transaction fees, and operational impacts
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Insurance recommended for return shipments

Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled after shipment: customer pays return freight
  • Fulfillment delays do not waive cancellation fees
  • Payment delays exceeding 60 days may be treated as cancellation

Dispute Resolution

All disputes resolved through binding arbitration (American Arbitration Association, Centre County, PA).
