Standard Warranty (All Purchases)
Every purchase includes a 30-day standard warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.
- Coverage: 30 days following delivery
- Scope: Individual boards or clips proven defective
- Material only: Replacement materials at no cost; labor not covered
- Defective material must be returned to Steller
Flooring Plank Guarantees
- Free from defects, meeting or exceeding NWFA guidelines
- Finished with polyurethane per your accepted quote
- Manufactured at 6–9% moisture content, sealed on all sides
- Flat and straight at shipment and after proper acclimation
Clip Guarantees
- Free from defects, homogeneous in shape and function
Limited Lifetime Warranty (Paid Addendum)
Available at purchase:
- Lifetime coverage for original owner
- Covers defects even after installation
- Free replacement including custom colors
- Must register within 30 days at floorsbysteller.com/registration

Not Covered
- Improper installation
- Water immersion over 48 hours
- Flooding, accidents, natural disasters
- Normal wear (scratches, dents, sunlight)
- Natural grain/color variations
- Failure to acclimate; outdoor use
