In order to streamline our process, we ask clients to follow a specific set of steps:
1) Get a quote to make sure that the budget for your project matches our pricing plus any surcharges for custom stains or treatments.
2) Find a sample of the color you would like to match (or let us know it is in the ballpark) and send it to us for our experts to examine. Based on our experience, we'll provide you feedback about how confident we are that we can match your desired aesthetic.
3) We require a 50% deposit on the order that is refundable if we cannot match your color specs within 3 revisions.
4) We will provide you with 3 rounds of color samples that you can request changes and modifications for.
5) We require the balance before finishing the order with the final, custom stain.
