In order to streamline our process, we ask clients to follow a specific set of steps:

1) Get a quote to make sure that the budget for your project matches our pricing plus any surcharges for custom stains or treatments.

2) Find a sample of the color you would like to match (or let us know it is in the ballpark) and send it to us for our experts to examine. Based on our experience, we'll provide you feedback about how confident we are that we can match your desired aesthetic. 

3) Place a non-refundable deposit on your custom Steller Floor. For most orders, the deposit of $1000 is simply applied to the purchase price of your floor. 

4) We will provide you with 3 rounds of color samples that you can request changes and modifications for. 

5) Once you are satisfied, finalize your Steller Floor purchase and await delivery.
