Shipping & Delivery
For continental USA addresses, Steller Floors arrive on pallets that are 40" wide by 48" long. Expect roughly 3.5 lbs/sqft and 1 ft in height for each 100 sqft. Each pallet holds 500 sqft.
When your order ships, expect to receive a tracking number. Once the freight arrives at the local terminal you will receive a call for an appointment. At the appointed time, the carrier will provide a lift gate to remove the shipment from the truck, and the driver will use a hand cart to wheel pallet/s a short distance over smooth surfaces.
